CO: Vide their ciruclar No:CO:HRD:IRP:2012-13:26   Date: 18^th /25^th October 2012, it is reiterated that as stated in our Staff Circular No.425 dated 23.04.2012, officers who have completed their rural/semi-urban stint in terms of the provisions of PPO may be transferred to Metro/Urban Centres and the officers who are yet to complete their requisite rural/semi-urban stint may be transferred to such places. -The gist of circular
