Sir,

REG:   Synchronisation of Promotional posting of All India Officers with rotational and request transfers

While we place on record that the timeline maintained to declare the results of All India Officers written test, the issues listed hereunder require focussed attention and also immediate resolution.

1.    The clerical staff promoted as officers under All India Service of earlier batches including of December 2009 batch should be favourably considered for their repatriation to the earlier place of work/region/zone.
2.    The officers, who have completed three years of service on the date decided for the rotation, within the Region/from one region to another region within the zone should be considered next.
3.    As per the erstwhile policy, officers who have completed 6 years of stay were subjected to transfers from one region to another region within the zone.  They are also to be brought back to the parent region, upon their request in writing.
4.    The promotee officers, retained within the zone to be placed in the resultant vacancies are to be posted on promotion.
Hence, there is an immediate need to advise the zones, as it was done in the year 2005, to effect the synchronisation of the exercise of promotion, rotation repatriation from one zone to another and also displacement on account of six years stay in one region back to parent region to reap the benefit to all officers and in turn to the Institution.

We expect from you a positive response.

Yours faithfully,

/S.NAGARAJAN/
GENERAL SECRETARY
